RETURN POLICY
You may return stock pins within a period of ten (10) days, excluding any shipping charge, For quantities of 50 or more pins, a 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns, Custom pins are not returnable.
Prior to returning any item, you must contact us for an RMA number. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER. Items can only be returned if it is in the original packaging. For your protection please ship the items back to us PREPAID. make sure the package is insured.
